Since some products may be fulfilled by trusted third-party suppliers, processing and shipping times may differ depending on product availability and delivery location. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information, where available, to help you monitor the status of your shipment. Estimated delivery times generally range between 3–10 business days within India; however, actual delivery times may vary depending on your location, courier operations, weather conditions, public holidays, government restrictions, or other circumstances beyond our control. These delivery estimates are provided for guidance only and are not guaranteed. Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information at the time of placing an order. JanaiExpress shall not be responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses, unavailable recipients, or refusal to accept delivery. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or unsuccessful delivery attempts, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be reshipped. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, our team may contact customers via phone call, SMS, or WhatsApp to verify the order before dispatch. Orders that cannot be confirmed within a reasonable period may be canceled to help ensure efficient order processing. Customers who repeatedly place orders and refuse delivery without a valid reason may have future Cash on Delivery orders declined. While we work closely with reliable courier partners, JanaiExpress is not responsible for delays caused by courier service disruptions, customs procedures (where applicable), natural disasters, strikes, transportation issues, technical failures, or other events beyond our reasonable control. Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout before payment or order confirmation. Once an order has been processed or shipped, modifications or cancellations may no longer be possible. If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at janai.express@gmail.com with your order number and clear photographs or videos of the issue so that we can investigate and provide an appropriate resolution.
